1. The Services

FJR24 provides a platform for shortening URLs, generating QR codes and 2D barcodes, creating mobile-friendly landing pages ("Pages"), tracking analytics, and related link-management tools. We may add, remove, or modify features or functionality from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are eligible and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any content you create, upload, post, or transmit through the Services, including links, QR codes, images, Pages, and metadata.

• Your ownership: You retain ownership of User Content you submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit that content and grant the licenses below.
• License to FJR24: By submitting User Content, you grant FJR24 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
• Shorten or mask links that facilitate illegal downloads, infringing material, hate speech, harassment, or scams.
• Collect personal data from third parties without lawful basis or proper consent.
• Bypass usage limits, interfere with the Services, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these Terms, including suspending or terminating accounts and removing content.

6. Branded Links & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you may create branded short links using domains or subdomains you control or those provided by FJR24. All intellectual property rights in the Services (including software, design, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to FJR24. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7. Fees and Paid Services

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing or introduce new fees; material changes will be posted with notice.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, or services. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, features, or practices.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information. By using the Services you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Services and Terms

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Termination does not limit remedies available to FJR24 for violations.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. FJR24 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FJR24 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to FJR24 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FJR24 and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are located in a jurisdiction that restricts choice of law or venue, this section will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Export Controls

You shall comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. or EU comprehensive embargoes and are not a person or entity blocked or denied from receiving U.S. export-controlled items.

17. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. FJR24 may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale.
